Bullpen Bar & Grill is a famous sports bar with two locations; one in San Diego and the other Encinitas. The bar is well known for its daily specials and cheap appetizers. I have heard about this bar before, but just recently finally got over to the San Diego location.
A friend and I started with some Hot Wings, Bullpen Nachos, Spicy Mushrooms and a few beers. It was Thursday night and I went for the Juicy Prime Rib for the main course. Well, it is a lovely dish that was served with a large baked potato, horseradish cream, fresh broccolini and mouth-watering Au Jus. The food was served promptly and the server was very friendly. One of the best things was that we got $2.00 off all appetizers, so that was an unexpected bonus.
It was an interesting crowd that evening as there were many people from all around the world. I met lots of people; a couple of newlyweds from Madrid on vacation, a group of young college kids from Belfast, also on vacation. My friend and I concluded the evening with a shot of Jameson and one final beer. I plan to visit Bullpen again, as I certainly enjoyed myself and the atmosphere.
Bio: Sir Walter Waffil is a famous chef, technologist, and entrepreneur. He was born and raised in Devon, South West England, and was Knighted by the Queen in 1953 for culinary excellence. In recent years Sir Walter installed several Plasma/LCD televisions in his restaurants for his patron’s enjoyment. He envisioned an advertising apparatus expanding the footprint of his televisions to promote special offers and notifications. And so the WAFFiL was born (http://www.waffil.com/). Sir Waffil has submitted multiple patents for his advertising apparatus and mobile technology under his company ScreenWorks Media. According to him, his mantra of Wireless-Ad-Frame-For-Interactive-Loyalty (WAFFiL) is a household name.
